The castle is well preserved and wen i arrived there was a big event happening, so i was able to try some of the typical polish food on the spot. There is also a museum with allot of information about the dynasty that lived there and exciting stories about the events that took place here. it is definitely worth the... More

There we very many things on display, but strangely enough it did not really show how the duke lived!

Absolutely worth a visit. There is further the old opera in the building. Sometimes concerts in the courtyard. A restaurant and a cafe available as well - and in summertime outdoor serving.

Unless we missed it there isn't much here. Not much to see. Certainly not a castle like those in England. We were only there about 30-45 mins. Didn't pay to go up the observatory desk. Didn't see the point when been up to cafe 22 in the main town centre. Disappointing.

The castle itself is not all that exciting. For 6 zlotys you can however walk up the bell tower, and enjoy a view over the city.

Beautiful place but was unfortunately when I got to go. I went on a Monday but it was closed. Was disappointed so make sure that you check the times etc when it's opened.
