Worth a visit if you don't want to make the almost 5 hours lasting trip by boat. Just a 25 minute drive from Elblag by car.

Get some ideas of how a transportation issue was solved without the need of electricity, just by the hidraulik force of the water. Go for a two hour ride on a small boat and see it.
