Beautiful streets, beautiful buildings and churches. Excellent restaurants and cafés, great shopping opportunities. You have to try the horse-drawn carriage as well!

It is lovely to walk around the old town and there is certainly lots to see. It is very cold in January and not much happening on the streets. We have heard if you go in summer then there are lots of street performers.

Summer is the best time of year to visit this place. It is a medieval town, with very luxurious carriages, coffee shops serving organic food and homemade jams.

Really good city with many sites to see . Numerous classical buildings with cobbeld streets and many trams . It is a central point with churches ,municipal buildings ,bars and restaurants . There's an atmosphere about everywhere due to its busyness . As a city it is clean no graffiti and feels safe .

We rented an apartment in the Historic Old Town and it was absolutely transporting. The exquisite horse drawn carriages would pass under our window with the sound of the trotting horse hooves on the cobble stone (in a car free zone) made you feel like you were back in time! Beautiful church bells ringing, violins playing in the streets, historic... More

This i like a lot of European city but for one fact it was not destroyed during the war so all the build a hundreds of year old, Even in the dept of winter with day time temps of minus 10 c it was a lovely place to ramble around and take it the beauty of the town.
