According to my Smart Watch, I walked 7½ miles! Most of which was spent admiring the architecture, people watching, drinking coffee and generally chilling. First visit to Poland. I will definitely be back

Krakow's old town is quite flat (except for Wawel Hill), surrounded by a lush green park, is mostly pedestrianized, and very pleasant for walking.

the historic centre of Krakow retains all of its character, unfortunately because Hitler avoided damage to the city as he wanted to use it as the capital of occupied eastern Europe. Nevertheless it is a pleasant experience wandering the streets soaking up the atmosphere.
