Met at 1:30 and boarded a large very comfortable coach and journeyed to Auschwitz. Watched a difficult 50 minute documentary by a Russian photographer who was at the liberation of the camp. It certainly put the 1 1/2 hr journey much shorter. Our on board guide was friendly and informative. At Auschwitz we were split into 2 groups and spend... More

Excellent tours, first class guides. Sebastian who took us on the Salt Mine tour was very knowledgeable and funny and unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lassie who took us round Auschwitz Birkenau but she was also excellent and made a very emotional and harrowing tour bearable. All the tours from booking onwards, were very well run and... More

We got the guided one day tour to Aushwitz/ Birkenau and I would recommend travelling with this company. They picked us up outside our hotel at 9..not too early. They rang us the evening before to confirm time. We then met a guide in Aushwitz, she was informative and it was well organised given the emotion of being present in... More

We used Cracow City Tours for two separate trips on our holiday to Krakow. We went on the Auschwitz trip on Wednesday and the Salt Mines trip on Thursday. We booked our trips online before we arrived in Krakow. The Auschwitz trip was a long trip, and took 7 hours. We were picked up at 7am from the meeting place.... More

The tours left on time. Minibuses or cars were new and comfortable. The guide who took us to Auschwitz and Birkenhau gave some information on the way to the visit but didn't spend the whole journey talking for the sake of talking but did inform us that she was there to answer questions if we had them. Handover to the... More

We struggled to find an availible tour (weekend) till we came across Cracow City Tours. We booked the full day Auschwitz - Birkenau tour. The price was cheaper, Marius our drover picked us up on time from our hotel, and was a most courteous gentleman and a very safe driver. The guide was excellent too, this is a place we... More

On our last day we wanted to learn and see as much about Krakow as possible and although this only touched the surface, it was very informative. Krakow is a beautiful city that was luckily untouched by the Nazis unlike Warsaw which was completely destroyed.
