As of today, seven systems of shelters and tunnels belonging to the “Komplex Riese” are known to exist in the Owl Mountains. The exact purpose of these facilities remains unclear even today. They are all of a similar design, corresponding to the layout of other of Adolf Hitler's subterranean headquarters.

This was an amazing tour throughout the caves, it is absolutely a tour worth doing. Let your imagination go wild as you trek through these caves.

No one really knows about the purpose of this tunnel system. The suffering of the prisoners is unimaginable. The tours are in polish, and the tunnels are freezing, bring lots of warm clothes. The polish tour guide spends an awful long time at each stop...More

Very interesting visit to these tunnels and caves. The only thing we found was that as English speaking people, we were given the audio guide to listen to-but the Polish tour guide spent a lot longer speaking to the other visitors, and we were stood...More
