Must visit atttracation. You have access to Panorama 360 view on 30th floor, where you can also enjoy some good coffee, either inside a cafe in the cold weathee or outside if it is warm. You can also visit the impressive technical museum, go to theatre if you understand the language, go to Mirage Club (not open each night. Check... More

This is a building from 1970’s donated by Russia. It’s still one of the highest buildings in Warsaw offering 360 degree view over Warsaw panorama from 30th floor. You can have a snack or drink there and look around Warsaw if the weather is fine, however the entrance fee of 20 PLN per person is too much for such attraction.... More

the building itself is quite nice, but I would not bother to go to the top. the views are not so great. there is an elevator that takes you to the top floor, so no need of exercise, which for me it is usually the most exciting, to cound stairs eager to reach the top. this is just an elevator,... It's pretty impressive how big is the bulding. It's really nice when it gets dark, the colours are just breathtaking. If you want to go up, the price is 20 zl - I think it's not worth it. Warsaw is not a nice city for views from height.

Really what really amazes me is that this building is the center of Warsaw... you can see Warsaw from its tower as a map. Lovely historic building, with real grandeur...

To be honest I only went here to go to the viewing platform and it was kind of a disappointment. Excessive fences block the views and the views aren't too spectacular to begin with. If you are excited strictly for the views, don't get your hopes up.

We visited the palace with nice "Soviet" architecture or rather went up the tower to have one of the most amazing view of Warsaw. You can't miss the tower as it is visible from many parts of the city with beautiful night colors. Tip: during winter period favor warm clothes as the wind up there could be freezing ;-)

The history behind this building is interesting. The guide had amazing books to show us pre and post skylines.

This is an interesting building from the origins of it to the stories about rats and mice and falcons and also of the relationship of this building and the nearby synagogue and churches, to its relationship with the Empire State Building, propaganda, and the parking lot costs and disputed ownership stories.
