Go with a guide (many tours of the Jewish ghetto can be had) to fully understand the history of this street where a wall used to stand, not just nice restaurants and buildings refurbished...... Now only several plaques remind us of that tragic past.

Find a few minutes to take a look at this lately renovated street. History and present mixing with each other. And BTW, a few good restaurants in the area, including U Chlopaków i Winosfera.

Chlodna Street is more than just a few restaurants and bars, it is the street that during World War 2 ran in between the two Jewish Ghettos. As you can see from the picture above, there are pavers that show the edge of the wall....More

after renovation it's great place to walk and eat, few fine restorants in this area (Trattoria Toscana, U Chłopaków...). Good lookin' area nearer Jana Pawła street (better than the one near Towarowa street).
