There are many bridges in the old town and this is one of them. There are many stories about the dragon and its magical powers. If you are walking around town the chances are you will cross this bridge for sure.

The Dragon Bridge is pretty much where every tourist has their photo made in Ljubljana...we certainly followed suite. Try counting the dragons on the bridge to see if you can find them all. We did...and missed by four! I am not giving the answer away,...More

Yeah it's a bridge, yeah good views either side but the real difference are the dragon sculptures. Sits across the main river, close to the market so as a five minute detour it's worth the effort. Take your photos, and then move on and enjoy...More

its just a bridge over the river, not really a tourist spot. Walk down the river front and cross over from the dragon bridge to the other side of the riverfront

The bridge has four dragons and there are griffins at the base of the lampposts. It must be one of the most photographed bridge in Ljubljana.

See if you can find all the dragons on the bridge other than the 4 on the ends. Be sure to view both sides of the dragon to see the long tail!

If you want to take a landmark photograph with both the dragon bridge and the castle hill, typical Ljubljana landmarks, this is the place to visit. Then take a stroll westwards and have a coffee by the river after 300m.

OK, so the bridge has four dragon sculptures on it. Nothing to see really except having your photo taken here for the sake of proving that you went to Ljubljana.
