Nice little museum on the main square. Great host, learned a lot from her. Many shells and snails to look at from ancient to recent. Educational videos on screens, sadly some in slovenian only.

We went in today only because of the rainy weather. Seeing all the various kinds of shells and snails was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. Absolutely worth a visit.

The museum was a great stop during our stay in Piran, combined with the aquarium you get a discount. They have a large and beautiful collection with a very passionate 'guide' to explain everything about the museum and the shells.
