My husband and I visited Budapest in August -so late with this review but our guide Adam was so genuine and passionate about his country that I needed to finally write this review. We actually booked two Bike trips with this company. Our first trip was the 4 hr city tour (wheals & meals )which was a great introduction to... More

Our Tour guide(unfortunately cannot recollect his name)was great and throughly enjoyed the ride which was really re-refreshing. StenzAndre(apologies for my spelling) village was just too good for its peace and tranquility.

An excellent and refreshing activity that we had as a family while visiting Budapest. We took a three hour tour with a cool and informative guide that cleverly took us for a ride through city major attractions and finishing in Margaret park paths. Riding effort was suited to all of our kids (age 15 to 7) and us so overall... More

Our guide Laszlo knew a lot which was good, but the bit I appreciated is that he moved the pace along which meant we could see a lot more in the time we had. The bikes were a good quality which was handy when we road up the hill to the top of Budapest Castle. The lunch of soup and... More

This was one of the best tours we've ever had. Our guide (Laslo) was very knowledgable and gave us a great Hungarian history lesson as we toured around all of the cities main sights over 4.5 hours. An absolute must for anyone visiting Budapest! 10/10

A bike tour is a great way to see this fantastic city. The tour covers both sides of the Danube River. It was interesting and informative. Laszlo our guide is a local and was helpful and patient. This is the second time I have used this company. On this occasion I made a last minute booking which was acknowledged and... More

Really enjoyed our bike tour of Budapest! As we were the only people booked on the tour it was just us and our guide. Very knowledgable guide who explained the history and interesting facts about Budapest as we completed the tour. Highly recommend!

We did the standard day tour. about 4 hours. the guide was great. the bicycles were good as well. we enjoyed it very much. Important: My wife and I were the only ones who came to the gathering point and we thought that would cancel the tour but it didn't. we did the tour anyways which I highly appreciate.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
