Well worth walking from Pest to Buda side to either take the Hillside tram, or walk up to this side of the City. terrific views, great history raging through Roman occupation, turkish influence, communist era to now. Markets cafes, wonderful side of Buda to Explore.

The normal walking distance from Chain Bridge to Elizebeth Bridge is around 15 minutes. Allowing time for photo-taking and enjoying the scenery around the promenade, it will take you at least an hour along this route.
