This is a must see tour attraction. We scheduled our visit for the last tour at 4:00PM. If you don't have tickets, don't bother to go as they are sold out very fast. It was a little bit crowed and the lines were disorganized. Once...More

We saw the Parliament 1st from across the river, then we took a boat-bus and it stopped just in-front of it. The architecture is very good, i was amazed by the window covers (dont know why lol).

District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube,
with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The
Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica
stand out as two of the finest examples of
architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for
more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval
city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while
the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention

What does the tour entail? Is it just about the history of the city (already went to the Budapest Museum so might be repetitive), or describing the different rooms, or does it give you an insight into today's political system and how parliament works? We only have one day left an want to make sure to use it wisely!

Am reading conflicting information. Some sites say entrance fee is payable, others say it's free if you show your EU passport?
