If you wanna feel the Budapest wibes, Gozsdu is a must!

This is probably the most crowded and fun place in Budapest. You must try the Spiler Bar if you are there.

This passage is located between Király Str. 13 and Dob Str. and belongs to the Romanian state. You can find a lot different restaurants, both Hungarian, Jewish and others. In milder weather there are sales booths where you can buy souvenirs, sometimes of artistic value.

Honestly, this place could be anywhere: Bristol beach in UK, sunset beach in Bulgaria. Full with tourists, and boring people. Every night is the same.

A very crowdy place, with many bars, clubs, restaurants, even live music in a couple of them, all in the same long alley. Some of them must be very popular since there were lines to enter. In general a crowdy place during the night, giving you many option to spent you night time. Maybe more suitable for younger ages.

My entry was DENIED by the Gozsdu Staff! The "Gozsdu Staff" labeled guys were very unpolitely and rudely! I'm just a transgender person and I was invited into the Gozsdu Mano Club, but I wasn't allowed to enjoy it - the reason: JUST BECAUSE! It's unacceptable and discriminative in my opinion!

This is a busy bar scene area with all kinds of activities on the weekends. Must go to the large ruin bar just to see close by. Lots of young people partying but fun place to go. Summer can be too hot to walk around but worth a trip.

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
