I made the trek up that very steep cobble stone street and it was a mess. Nothing to see right now....so save yourself the trouble and dirt and don't do it.

We tryed to visit the tomb, but it was under reconstruction. There is no information about the end of the works, the building from outside is not so special...

The tomb is closed due to renovation works. I didn't find any information when it is going to be open again. It's seems they are making a big modern complex there.

It is entirely closed off for now while it is being restored and renovated. Don't climb the steep and picturesque road until it's finished.

Visit it bevause of its terrace, but the tomb itself is under renovation for almost a year. This decreases the experience a lot...

Major refurbishment going on. Place is closed. You can get to the statue and take a picture with it. If that's your thing then go for it, otherwise save yourself the mild climb and wait till mid 2017.
