We visited the Kiraly Baths as we received a free ticket with our Budapest travel wristband. We were drawn to this place as it has a authentic look to it and it was exactly as described on the tin. It was lovely and clean and...More

This bath house was very cool and well kept, but I have had a better facade at other bathhouses. Definitely has all the baths you could ask for, though!

Small and nice place for historical bathing experience. Only a few pools and one sauna but it was not crowded so it was nice and relaxing. A fanny smell but that might just be a part of the experience😆

Overall a nice place. If you want the authentic cultural experience of an old bathhouse, it's great. But if you value cleanliness and space more, it may not be your first choice.

What an amazing place! If was like stepping back in time to the fifteenth century. When I first arrived (10am) it was quite quiet but by midday it was very busy. I had a 40 minute massage from Duraj. All I can say is that...More

We spent a lovelier morning in the baths, they were very quiet throughout and pretty cheap. We enjoyed the massage. The baths are shabby on the outside and comprise of original stone walls on the inside. The sunlight steeping through the small hexagonal window tubes...More

Perhaps a bit more run down than other baths in Budapest, but still beautiful and a welcome break from the crowds. We rented a cabin, and had no issues borrowing towels as well. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and we were able to...More

Definitely our favorite thing in Budapest! Kiraly Baths is really old thermal spa. It is really beautiful and relaxing. We felt like new born when finishing. Really quiet at the middle of a day, no other tourists, just some locals bathing with us. Definitely will...More

We loved our time at the Kiraly Baths! Initially we walked right past the baths as the are not really marked, since this is more of a local thing to do. I did recognize the run down exterior by the pictures I had seen on...More

It's from 1500 something and it smells like it... it's authentic but don't expect much. Prices are fair.

We loved Kiraly ; authentic, mysterious, frequented by locals and had the best massage ever there. The Gellert ( I hope that's the other one, wasnt sure of name) was much more modern, beautifully decorated, loads of... More
