During our extended time in Miskolc we visited the cave baths twice and loved both visits! The locker rooms are clean and efficient and the caves baths themselves are truly special. My kiddos adored climbing on our backs and swimming through the wandering cave tunnels with us. There is plenty of space to spread out and even on a busy... More

Most of the reviews, everyone will tell you that the waters are cold. Don't let that throw you off on the wonderful parts of it. It is cave bath and their are other baths in the place with warmer waters. The water was 32 degrees and it is very small but what makes up for is the scenery and experience... More

Cheap but cheerful. Nothing special. Disappointed the outdoor pools were closed. Felt deceived from the website that the cave pool was outdoor and not indoor.

Wanted to come because it looked exciting on the pictures, but it's very small and the water was cold. Even the thermal pools were hardly warm, the jacuzzi was totally cold, could not enjoy at all. The pools has no place to sit. Basically it's interesting only to go once around the hallway. It's full with children yelling, screaming and... More

Cave bath in Miskolctapolca is really beautiful fusion of natural cave and bath. The cave vas larger than I expected. Unique and very original. Swimming in cave, thermal water, beautiful cave waterfalls. Equipment of changing rooms needs some repairs, buffet was insufficiently big and food selection poor. I visited the Miskolctapolca in mid of February and it was not even... More

Unique opportunity to bath in a cave. Several different pools with varying temperatures set in a cave. It's a special experience. The sauna area didn't compare favourably to others in the area so I'd give that a miss. They looked like a circle of garden sheds around a plunge pool and fairly cramped. Park in the public car park opposite... More

When I was a kid, we sleep in the hotel with my grandparents, and enjoyed the cavepool, because the hotel guests could use it first. Now they don't have hotel, even the reception girl, don't know about it, that there were times, when it has. Now the cavepool is clean, but nothing else. Food is not an enjoyable moment there.... Lovely place for couples. We were there in winter time with family, it was nice but kids can get bored easily.
