I would recommend to visit the museum first and then to walk around. History from Ace age till Middle Ages, short films showing craftsmen skills, instruments and history in brief. I enjoyed. A little disappointment - there is only one place to eat with "simple"...More

The Museum was closed on the day that we travelled to Kernave, but we were able to walk around the reserve. Unfortunately there was no signage or information whatsoever so we were unable to understand fully what the mounds were about. Also, there is only...More

I was here this summer. The museum of ancient history is modern. I climbed into all mounds. Even you are wearing hils you can do it because there are wooden stairs. You can see ruins of very very old Catolics church next to the mounds....More
