Seriously, I haven't seen such architecture in religious buildings; I didn't even know it was a church when I saw it from below: I thought it was a granary with a cross put on the roof for some reason. Amazing!

Take the lovely old funicular up to this church. A must see when in Kaunas and the best views afforded from the roof. Stunning.

The church is located on top of the hill, so accessing the roof of the church gives you excellent view to entire Kaunas area. Of course you can visit at end of your visit to see all the places that you seen from new angle....More

Church itself is beautiful with great organ but the view from up top is way overrated and way too expensive in my opinion. Not worth 4.50 to take the elevator.
