Those who are interested in museums about economics, history and money, not only Lithuanian, should visit this museum. Though it is not really big, but still there is a lot of interesting things to see. There you can find the quiz attraction and after solving it, you'll get a reward :)

I needed a rainy day activity and since this museum was free I thought I'd check it out to keep out of the rain. It was a very pleasant surprise, though the museum is small, it's stacked with information and exhibits. There are a lot of currencies, new and old, coins from all countries, historic information, interactive screens that you... More

Quite an interesting museum that will surprise you. Free entrance and easy to walk around for an hour or so with lots of interactive exhibits. Some great graphics especially the screen that will project any country and give info about it's currency. Computer tests as well you can try. English info given as well. Cool spot!

A great place for those who are interested in coins and history. A good chance to see currency from other countries also found out how much you would be worth in gold or silver :D

I am a banker and expected much more. The place was average and gave some decent insights but nothing spectacular about it.

Free entrance. Very interesting place. You could go with children. Very interesting are scales on which you can weigh and find out how much you would have cost in different currencies.

This is a brilliant museum, and it's free! There is so much to see and do here, including making your own money!!! I recommend you go after you understand a little about the history of Lithuania and you'll find it even better. Personally, I really liked the electronic board and drawers full of money 👍 It may look like nothing... More
