A bit of a climb to get up to the area in from of the Cathedral - but very well worthwhile. Just a panorama of quirky rooves and amazing church spires. if you know where to look there is a convenient viewing point which looks out onto the port.

This is probably one of the better places to get a good vantage of the city. We got here as part of a Free Walking Tour (see my other reviews) and were impressed by the vantage point you have from here. You can see out over the rooftops of Pretty Tallinn. Recommended to do the little trek to the top... More

A nice gentle walk to Toompea Hill & castle is rewarded by great views and some historic buildings such as the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral - a magnificant Russian Orthodox church. Easy to loose an hour just wandering and enjoying the beautiful scenery

Visited hill with our 10-year ols daughter. We both loved it with small shops, narrow alleys and great views to surrounding city.

The place is very nice, the small streets are a real mandatory visit in this city, as well as the other monuments in the area. The views of Tallinn from here are astounding, and let you have a glimpse of how is the whole area.

Make this one of the places you take time to explore on your city walk. The views from the tower are stunning.

Views from the top over the old city and out to sea are excellent. On your way up or down stop and do the tunnel tour.

It overlooks the old town, what a GREAT view ! Each picture randomly taken from here can be a postcard for sale ! You can see the orange roofs and churches which characterize Tallinn. A must-see place.
