Kumu is one of the best art museum in Europe, if you ask me. The romantic paintings from the 19th century ara fantastic, but the provocative paintings from the soviet time give us an eye opening experience. Many of the art piece shows that the...More

I wanted to visit this museum the next time I visited the city. Here I was viewing the paintings and the sculptures. Indeed an interesting experience to see art from the 19th and 20th century co existing with art of more current times.

Very interesting building itself and nice cafeteria to even have a lunch or a drink. Nice walk through the Park of Kardiorg which is a attraction itself also.

Great building with some wonderful paintings and sculpture. Work from last few decades not too engaging compared with many fantastic works from 19th century and early 20th. Only a few striking examples of socialist realism.

I had no idea about Lithuanian art. The museum is in a beautiful, ultra modern building and it is chock full of interesting artwork. It was almost too much to absorb in just one visit. It's well worth spending a few hours there.

Some of the art was not to my taste but the rooms had a good flow to them. The cafe was good value and had a range of food available.
