Pretty Cool Science Center!

This place was fun! I've been to other science centers and this one had some unique exhibits. The planetarium was also very cool!

The AHHAA is an interractive Science center that keeps you occupied throughout your visit. Before entering you get the opportunity to lift a car off the ground using a long lever, a great way to start. Once inside the staff were very courteous and helpful, coping with the multiple nationalities and languages of visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.... More

You can do many, many things by yourself, e.g. draw figures and get them show as "water figures" shown in a water fall, which other visitors walk thru. There are also hatching chicks in AHHAA. Altogether AHHAA is a very nice science center!

Visited here in December 2016 with my other half's family, including two young children, but the adults became the children for the day at this interactive science museum! Has everything from live shows with flashes and bangs, to live chick-hatching, movie special effects, green screens, artifical wombs, high wire cycling (with safety net), furry eggs where you can 'find yourself',... Very good interactive science centre! We spent about 5 hours. Everything on very good level. Suitable for everybody from 3-4 years old and older. You never get bored due to many science subjects presentation.

Interesting both for children and adults. Maybe, we expected a little bit more to see. At first it was hard to find, we the centre is located.

I was surprised at how interactive the science museum is. It's like a activity center meets science. And some of the artifacts, i.e. human brains, animals, etc preserved in jars was my favorite!!

We been in another paces not so modern but with more to offer. Commercialized well done project, but not much of interesting tricks to offer. Still good place to go with kids as they have no idea of what science center should offer.

A perfect place for children. They get carried away and can play around at the centre for hours. For parents there's not that much to do. Would definitely recommend for families with young children.
