Granted, it is better then the one in Warsaw, (it has two buses) but this dosen´t make it good. The bus only comes around every hour and it dose not stop everywhere. Also i don´t like it, that you don´t get your own headphones but that you have to use the fixed ones in the bus. Not only are those... More

We are fans of city tour buses. We think they are a good way to start a short city break, giving you an opportunity to decide where to revisit during your stay. We caught the first bus of the day from behind the House of the Blackheads. We were the only ones on the bus. It ran to time, was... More

I've generally been a big fan of City Tours, but this one is a complete scam. First, the bus never showed up at any of the given times (even after waiting 30 minutes and calling the company who told us the bus was on its way). Then, trying to find the bus locations was nearly impossible, as the signage does... More

It was not so easy to find the stops, very small signs. Bus itself very old. Sound okay but not very interesting to listen to. Often it was out of sync.. We got a view of the town. Not worth 15 euro..

We took the tickets from our hotel 15 euros for 48 hours, we thought it would be good deal! However, the timetable is only on paper, the bus was supposed to pass every 30 minutes from the stop- never happened! The tour starts at 10.00 and ends at 16.00, which don't provide the opportunity to see Riga by night.

I would recommend the 48 hour tickets. We took them from our hotel at 15 euro per person. Minus for me is that the last tour begins at 16:00 (In September the sun sets around 20:00). The driver knew few english but his sweat was smelling awful.

Our Lithuanian friends who visit and work in Latvia often, were amazed at what they learned on this 90 minute (?) tour of the expanded city of Riga. It is a double decker bus with headsets in a variety of languages. The driver ambled in and out of tiny spaces our friends had never seen or heard about. It was... More

We were offered the red bus tour from our hotel. Did the whole circuit the first day which lasted one hour and did help us to become orientated. Waited for a bus at one of the stops at 2pm which never arrived. Went back to the starting point at 3pm to be told the service was ended for the day.... More
