We've been here every year more than a decade. Peaceful, amazing high tatras. Family friendly place for skiing. You can go to the mountain by walk, which will take an hour or two. Or pay 10 euro and get on the cable car which take...More
There is so much to see and so many places to visit you ideally need longer than the two weeks we had to really do the park justice. There routes are easy to access via car, train or cable car and range in difficulty. Late...More
First, these mountains are stunning. An absolutely gorgeous mountain range that I would highly recommend visiting, no matter what. But in addition to the beauty, I was absolutely blown away by the infrastructure! These trails are so well marked and well maintained, I've never felt...More
I was there in summer; It´s beautiful mountains full of various tracks for all kind of tourists, from families to climbers. You find there beautiful nature, lakes, waterfalls, original beautiful cabins... it still has its wildness even though in some places it can be crowded.

So sorry Dylan for such a late response, I am not very good with these sorts of sites and wasn't aware of your question until now, so if this too late very sorry. But by November they would normally have plenty of snow by then, so not easy, you are not able to camp at anytime anywhere in the Tatras but there are various Chata's around, some of which do over some sort of accommodation, but you would have to plan in advance, apologies again for the late reply, all the best, Steve.
