Grenen on the top of Denmark, where the 2 oceans smashes together is absolutly the most beautifull place on earth! Also remember to visit the fantastic city of Skagen just a couple of kilometers away, wich offer you tasty restaurants, Denmarks biggest fishing-industry harbour, lot more beautifull nature and great art and histories. So come and visit Skagen and Grenen.

Special, beatiful Nature where the to seas, Skagerrak and Kattegat, meet. Nice walk, about 20 minutes to the end.

All times of the year it is interesting to watch the two seas meet. From the car park you can either walk or you can ride on the tractor bus called Sandormen to the very top of Denmark and enjoy standing with one foot in each sea, the Northsea and the Baltic sea

Take a coat with you because this location can be cold and windy. We had a pleasant walk along the sands from the car park until we got to the point. It was really interesting to see the waves coming at you from both sides at the same time and to walk out onto the sand spit that forms where... More

We walked for about 30 minutes from the car park to the very end. Bring you camera - the light is fabulous. Boots and a heavy anorak is recommended due to windy weather at least in January.

Nice to watch surrounding with sand hills and ocean at all sides. Often very windy and cold in the winter so be prepared.

Walk along the beautiful sand beach all the way out to the end where the two seas meet! This is a place I would recommend for any season, there's no bad weather only bad clothing as the Swedes says. If you want to experience the gorgeous Danish idyll stay in the little town of Skagen and spend at least one... More

Everyone kept saying the light the light is amazing up at Grenen. They are absoultely right. Only unitl you stand there and witness the sunset as we did or sunrise which sadly did not see, do you truly get why this place is world renowned by artist as one of the best places to paint. The day we were here... More
