If you want to lose the paxk of tourists, keep going past Morskie Oko and head up the steep track to this next pond. The surroundings are magnificent! Head back the other side of Morskie Oko for an apple pie.

"Trails for avid hikers" may mean very different things for different people, what is your definition? What length / height gain in a day? Are you going only on easy trails, or are trails with scrambling sections also fine?
