I was looking forward to see the Shipwreck Galleries. Once we arrived we saw lots of anchors outside. Inside there was lots of information about every boat that shipwrecked. It was amazing! The biggest shipwreck in this museum, had but a third of the ship...More

Loved every minute of this experience! The preservation of the hull and collection of artifacts was excellent. A must do for history lovers alike. I suggest reading up on the Batavia mutiny before going to really appreciate the unique and gory section of Australian history....More

Shipwreck museum was surprisingly interesting. Staff were friendly & enthusiastic about their jobs. Dave (a volunteer) who gave us a great history lesson about the early exploration of WA was a gem!! Recommend this for a couple of hrs of entertainment.

The museum is free or you can give a donation. Interesting to see the artefacts and part of the wreck of the Batavia and other wrecks. Well worth a look

Its quite an interesting museum which showcases ships. I just loved to see the real ship parts that were displayed and was awestruck to see the scale of actual ships. They have explained how these were constructed which was really a nice learning experience.

I really liked this museum. There were plenty of items recovered from shipwrecks on display. The restored engine was really interesting as was the discussion of how they preserve items that are recovered. It is free to enter and well worth a visit.
