Great place to visit

So much to do here, stay in Picton for a few days and participate in water activity and experience the local restaurants.

This cruise 3.5 hours absolutely a waste of time and not worth it, you just cruise around seen nothing for 3.5 hours then they offer you some mussels and clams with only ONE glass of wine only and if you want water you pay $4 for a 600 ml bottle. Our big mistake was booking from the web, if you... More

So many bays, mainly empty, you can relax, go for a swim and walk. Ngtuka Bay our favourite. Anawika bay lovely and access to Queen Charlotte track for a day walk to Davies Bay, recommended.

This would have to be one of the most scenic places in NZ. We cruised thru the Marlborough Sounds on a large cruise ship after being in Picton. It was stunning peaceful scenery

This is just stunning. We were able to sail through here on a boat cruise. You could spend all day just soaking in the picturesque scenery

This is a beautiful part of the country. There's so much to do here from boating, hiking, and camping etc Don't forget the beautiful Queen Charlotte walkway that runs along its length. There are many accommodation and boating options to make sure you can get the most out of your visit.
