Fantastic walk. Well worth doing. Lots of variation in scenery. A reasonable baseline of fitness is required and hiking shoes or boots are recommended - especially if doing when it's been wet recently as the clay surface can be very muddy and wet underfoot. Great...More

Endless ecstacy in walking, views and nature, incredible. One can do a few hours, up to 4 or 5 days, camping or staying in accommodation. Make sure to check out the Lermontov Lodge in Port Gore.

Fantastic walk along one of New Zealand's outstanding natural beauty spots. Loved every moment of outstanding views and fresh air, beautiful stops and accommodation and well worth the adventure to Picton from where we started
