We happened upon this atomospheric club by accident. Warmed by the Mojito’s, Daiquiri’s and Rhum, the local Cuban and foreign crowd of dancers 💃 moved to different the frenetic or syncopated rhythms of the 2 Afro Cuban bands.

OK-negatives: -no AC, tables VERY close together, service is on Cuban time. Positives: a very high energy show, that wants to get you to have a good time. I am not a dancer, but I danced. My wife and I do appreciate a GOOD show....More

A disappointing experience, primarily due to the attitude of the staff at the entry who in my case made no effort to find change for 20 CUC and lost a customer as a result. FWIW, the place looked dark and sad and the music unengaging.

The music at this Casa was great - as always with the Casa's - the only thing with this particular one is that there is very little usable dance space. Most of the space is given over to tables and the dance floor has to...More

We loved this place and spent all our evenings dancing away here. We found it much nicer than casa de la musica. it is only a matter of time until we return here, for much longer this time

This place was recommended by our Casa owner. There were two bands on, swapping places for breaks. The dancefloor is rather small, but it works. There was a group of men, who seemed to be the club's lady entertainers, ie they would grab girls coming...More

This was a great club to attend just along the street from Plaza Mayor. The bands rotate through on 45 minute sets. Pay for each set as you linger, or buy a CD, its the only money the players make from the gig, the house...More

Fantastic salsa bar where local professionals invite you to dance. The music is contagious. Mojitos are alright but I have tasted better. If you'd like to snack on something while you drink, bring it! - nothing is available inside.

Are you a music lover? This place rocked my world with its amazing musicians! Small little club just alive with incredible sounds. I kept going back to catch folk singer Felix Cintra with his amazing vocal and guitar skills. Cool crowd mix of tourists and...More
