I just loved the visit. We really enjoyed the catamaran cruise. I wished it was longer :) Then the snorkeling was amazing. Our guide had lots of crackers and bread for the fish and he attracted all sorts of fish, we swam around the corals and even saw Nemo and Dory :) and then who wanted could do the deep... More

To be honest we have expected something more... Maybe because we have seen quite a lot previously but I was expecting the white sand, etc. The beach was small but all right. My husband went snorkeling (part of the trip) but he was a bit disappointed- he has seen more fish at our hotel (Playa Pesquero beach) rather than there.... More

It's a bit of a trek on the coach from the Rio Del Oro Hotel to the coast, but once you're on the catamaran all is well and it's a relaxing sail to the island where we were picked up by Russian jeeps and safari-ed into the island for lunch at the little hotel there. The hotel is what used... More

Went here on a trip from our hotel Arrived on a catamaran. Beach answer scenery is beautiful. Inclusive meal on the island was really good. We went on the safari on an old jeep. Not many animals to see but worth a trip.

Its amazing, we get there by bus and boat from our hotel from Holgin...the scenery is spectacular , it's a very private island...nothing there but a small beach, a restaurant and a safari in this private park.. the snorkeling is great. So quiet...it's a great day trip check with your hotel for that day adventure call Paradise Island....

The Good - Beautiful setting in a remote part of the Orient. Jeep rides through the park are interesting but chances of seeing all the animals in one visit "not so good", but that is expected on a hot sunny day. Sightlines were very beautiful in the park with wide open fields and dense woodlands. The beach area was small... More

Beautiful beach but a long coach trip & then catamaran ride from our hotel Rio De Oro Paradisus. Also Thomas cook travellers are not insured to go on the jeep safari - although a couple who did it said that it was really uncomfortable as you travelled in old army jeeps on very rough terrain - not good for the spine!

My second time to this island. Chose not to do safari but spend my time swimming in the clear warm waters around the peninsula. I took my snorkeling gear and saw the most amazing array of fish and an octopus in the lava walls to the left of the jetty. Take some bananas to be mobbed by fish!! Literally just... More
