Rural even by Alaskan standards. Saw bears and humpback whales. The new cruise terminal ensures you can try the locally brewed beer too!

On a recent Indian Passage/Alaska Princess Cruise we passed through the Icy Strait on our way to Skagway. The scenery and natural beauty of the landscape and water was just magnificent. On the deck, the photo opportunities were in abundance. The quietness surrounding the ship was eery, but relaxing and peaceful. This waterway typifies the sights and sounds which exist... More

Great tour, the young man that we had for a tour guide was the BEST!!! He was very informative and was very accommodating with stopping to let us take pictures. We were lucky enough to see bears at different locations and get pictures. It was an all afternoon tour, but so worth it.

We just came home from a cruise to Alaska and had booked Tok Outfitters privately away from the cruise excursions. Chris Erickson, a seasoned local guide along with his delightful wife, Chantha were amazing and gave us a wonderful day of halibut fishing. Not only did we catch fish, we had a perfect setting in front of us. Immaculate new... More

We were on an Alaskan cruise. Got off to walk around, it is just a beautiful spot. There is a museum and some shops. Purchased some interesting Indian Christmas tree ornaments. Took some beautiful nature photos. Just a nice spot to get close to nature.

We were there on a Princess Cruise. We hired a small fishing boat to take us on a tour of the Icy Strait area. Much less money than the ship excursion would have cost. Saw Bald Eagles diving and catching fish and whales. We spent about 2 hours cruising the whole area. Real Alaska.
