We camped at Lake Durant SP. We hiked many trails in and around Indian Lake area. Drove all the scenic roads and enjoyed every mile. Many pretty lakes. Would love to return.

There are so many beautiful lakes for camping. The water is clean, the area is tranquil, and the scenery is spectacular. The small towns in the area, such as Old Forge, are quaint, and have lots of options for shopping and dining.

There is nowhere more beautiful than the Adirondacks. Spend time there and enjoy all there is to offer, especially on the side roads and the lesser known small towns.
