First stopped at Goblin State park, then came here. What a cool hike. You do have to scramble a little in spots, but not too difficult. We came late afternoon, so did not see many people. Felt like we had it mostly to ourselves. We...More

We did a simple, easy, out and back hike rather than the whole loop starting to the right where the trail forks after following the riverbed for about half a mile. Kids loved the traction on the stones allowing them to climb high on everything...More

Took us 1.5 hours to reach this canyon from Moab, easy enough to find, but make sure you're gassed up! What the other reviews don't tell you is the signage in the canyon is horrible. We started down the dry bed and saw a well...More

A beautiful 8 mile loop trail with 2 sections of slot canyons. Several big ups/downs, need scrambling skills. The trail to the right of the fork is a nice in and out hike and has the nicest features.

I have been going to LWH Canyon for many years. My kids have enjoyed it at all ages. It can be tailored to fit the abilities and ages of all. Just go until you want to turn around. It's fairly easy as it's never very...More

We had a great time hiking Little Wild Horse Canyon with our kids (11 and 14). The toughest part was at the beginning, there was water in the canyon so we had to detour up and around and then back down into the canyon. We...More

I was travelling through Utah and decided to explore the area around Goblin Valley. I came across a beautiful slot canyon that would rival anyone that I have visited. Park at the small parking area located off the road and take the trail about a...More

This place is a ton of fun for everyone. You can spend as much time in the canyon as you want. It's not difficult or technical to hike through it. There is a signed turn off for it near Goblin Valley State Park. There is...More

We wanted a good, non-technical (no repelling, no big rock scrambles) slot canyon that had all the great traits of other canyoneering spots in the southwest. Little Wild Horse was just such place. We went in early April and even though the Salt Lake area...More

It's about a 1/2 mi up a wide, dry wash. You'll come to a rock obstacle. You can climb over it directly, or along the left side, fairly easily. Very shortly afterwards, there's small sign. Bell Canyon is straight ahead... More
