The entrance to get to the tower is on the side of the Trump Hotel opposite Pennsylvania Ave. There is a Starbucks located right next to the entrance. After entering the building follow the marked passageway that leads you to the elevator at the base...More

This is a great alternative to the Washington Monument which is now closed. I visited the Washington Monument many years ago, and this view was just as good. I could see the city in all directions and there are signs that told me the exact...More

Enter from the rear of the building (next to the Starbucks). Great view of the DC skyline from the bell tower. One of the best kept secrets. I went in April and May and did not have to wait.

After walking through the Trump Tower Hotel basement to the elevator and rising to the top of the Bell Tower, one can see great views of Washington DC including the Washington monument, museums along the Mall and most of the Capitol Building. It is free...More

We learned of this from a guided tour in DC. It is free to go to. A special entrance opposite of the Trump Hotel entrance. Well worth a visit to see DC from above.

This is a beautiful building and the interior of Trump hotel is amazing. We visited on the spur of the moment and as we were walking back to our hotel we encountered the presidential motorcade. What a sight!

This historic bell and clock tower is part of the restored 1899 Post Office building on Pennsylvania Avenue. It's technically part of the Trump International Hotel but operated and accessed separately from the rear of the building. It has free admission and is supervised by...More

With the Washington Monument being closed for repairs, the Tower provides the best view of DC. It is not advertised a lot, so the lines are not bad. A must see while in DC.

This is now the Trump Towers, but one stipulation was that the clock tower observation site would be open to the public. It is free if interested. Once at the top you get a good 360 view of the city. It's hard to get any...More

If you want one of the best views in Washington DC, then this is the best place to come. It is nestled inside the Trump Hotel (or more accurately, the Trump Hotel surrounds the tower). You can access the tower for free, and you really...More

instead make your way to the Ronald Reagan Building where there is a great food court often used by school groups. You will have to go through metal detector to get in but not onorous.

We were there on a Saturday, so I don't know. However, the building - which is not considered a part of Trump Tower - is administered by the NPS as you mentioned, so you might try calling their office at (202) 426-6841... More

I don't know how high in feet you may find this out elsewhere but you are right at the top above the Bell, probably 10 floors up.
