I booked a 3-night stay at the Mandarin Oriental thinking I would spend most of my D.C. trip touring the museums...but I so fell in love with the Mandarin Oriental Spa, I couldn't resist returning there every single day of my vacation! Even after I checked out and had moved on to the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner, VA for... More

I saved the best for the last day of my trip. The three hour massage and facial was one of the best I ever had. Pure Bliss!

Went with a few girlfriends yesterday for a quick getaway. Two of us had hundreds of dollars stolen from our wallets. This happened while we were in spa services from the locked lockers in the dressing room. The spa reception did not take this seriously and has been of minimal help. Be very careful if you plan to go here!!!

I visited this spa in December. My husband and I were guests of the hotel for 3 days. I am a personal spa lover, and I managed a spa in my hometown for several years. I also worked as an Esthetician, so I am very particular about my spas. I appreciate all shapes and sizes (and prices) for spas -... More

I recently arranged for my daughter and I to spend an afternoon at this spa. We both booked a massage but came two hours early to take advantage of the other facilities that you can use, which included the work-out room and the indoor pool. I get weekly massages where I live and the ones available here were more expensive.... More

We picked this place for our massages based on positive experiences at the Mandarin in Boston. This one didn't disappoint. Everything was to our liking and we felt pampered. For us it is worth the money for an experience like this.

I was really expecting something out of the ordinary in this spa experience at over $250 for a basic massage. What I got was nothing special. Its your typical spa, they offer the following amenities which I will rate also: Locker rooms with robes, hair products, lotion, hair dryers, qtips, etc. the locker rooms were nice, seemed well kept and... For a treat I took my fourteen year old daughter to the spa for pedicure to be followed by lunch at Muse and then to walk the Tidal basin to see the Cherry Blossoms. It was a incredible day. We checked into the spa and took advantage of the pool, tropical rain shower, steam room, jetted bath and relaxation room.... More

I had an oriental message with Thia and it was one of the best massages. She paid very careful attention to my needs and requests. The front desk is exemplary, they greet you with tea and a hot towel. They take your shoes in the lobby and then take you back to a nice and cozy oasis with a sizable... More
