Nice but underwhelming, was expecting better especially at THIS spa

I had a massage here and the facilities are nice, showers are nice, great bathrobes and products for use When I walked in, the gentleman did not show me around to where the... read more

Usually always get a spa treatment while on vacation. It was for my daughters birthday that I reserved two massages. The women's changing room was nice again nothing special and my actual massage was fair. The Four Season in Baltimore was much nicer. Went after to the hot tub and pool, you had to walk down flights of stairs in... More

I had a massage here and the facilities are nice, showers are nice, great bathrobes and products for use When I walked in, the gentleman did not show me around to where the jaccuzi/pools were, where the amenities were even though I asked him to. My massage was nice but the muscle soothing oil I paid extra for really did... More

Me and my girlfriend visited for a relaxing SPA session. Having been on various other very good SPA locations, this really tops it all. The service was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was great. I highly recommend you to try this SPA. We are only staying for the weekend, but will certainly have another trip here.

My masseuse asked and was very responsive the feedback. Had trouble waking up stairs I was so relaxed. Amenities were clean and ambience was nice. There was a good sized steam room. Love it when they diffuser essential oils in the steam. The hot tub and indoo two lane pool were very enjoyable. There was plenty of lounge seating. We... More

My husband surprised me this past weekend with a morning at the Spa at the Four Seasons. I have previously favorably reviewed my overnight stays at the hotel, and I actually lived about three blocks from the property for years. I have also just been to the spa on a number of occasions. The reason I love the Four Seasons... More

The locker room is small and often noisy and both the sauna rooms are small. That being said the massages I have received are always excellent and I frequent the spa. The relaxation room leaves much to be desired but the good service and convenience outweigh the lesser aspects.

A must if you are visiting D.C. and have a little stress in your life--you need to get this phenomenal full body massage with David Sendzul. He used this arnica oil for the massage which was an extra added relief for sore muscles and tension. I only wish I could go weekly!!!

Brought my nieces here for girls' spa day - the facilities were small and not what I expected from my prior spa experiences at the Four Seasons Dallas and Four Seasons Scottsdale. There is no ladies-only hot tub or cold plunge, only co-ed which can only be accessed by walking through the spa reception area and down 4 flights of... More

It is always a very live and interesting bar; if you are in the right mood you can be sure you will make friends! As usually drinks are pricey but that is what to expect.

My husband and I visited DC September 17th-21st. We thought it would be great to get a couples massage towards the end of our trip for some rest and relaxation. I searched tripadvisor for top spas and found Four Seasons to be top rated. So we booked the couples Date package. Honestly, there's better ways to spend $600. Waste of... More

Dear Triptaker86, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your feedback after your recent visit to our spa. I am disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy your couples date night with us and I sincerely apologize for the unexpected noise interruption during your massages. The hotel was undergoing renovations which unfortunately were the source of the... More
