Great routes, very informative tours. The only bad thing was that we didn't know that the green line doesn't operate in the winter , it wasn't on the brochure , and we waited for... read more

Paid a lot of money to wait ages for a bus - the last bus did not even pitch up. Felt it was a bit of a rip off. Uber would have been cheaper

Disjointed online ticketing system required us to email the proof of purchase to the company, followed by the staff at the pick-up corner to call the company to confirm the purchase. According to the staff on site, they were too busy and he was unable to print paper tickets. He was nice enough to verbally confirm payment to the driver,... More

We have used The Big Bus in various other cities but Washington turned out to be a huge disappointment. Road closures and traffic snarls due to visiting dignitaries cannot be helped but using a pre-recorded commentary that was so out of date it was embarrassing. Staff were too busy talking to one another to offer advice or assistance or even... More

Spent more time waiting on a bus than actually seeing sights. Would not recommend. Waste of time and money!

Great routes, very informative tours. The only bad thing was that we didn't know that the green line doesn't operate in the winter , it wasn't on the brochure , and we waited for it at the stop for close to an hour .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I repeat, do not waste your money!!! We spent more time waiting for a bus to arrive, we only got off at 2 stops because we didn't want to wait again for another bus (and 1 of the 2 was because we had to transfer lines), than we did actually site seeing. I understand traffic... More

For starters, when I bought our tickets (the night before our tour), I accidentally bought the 24 hour pass instead of the 48 hour pass. I immediately sent an email asking if I could upgrade. The next morning (8:30am) I got an email telling me that they couldn't upgrade my tickets, but they could refund my money and sell me... More

We bought a two day pass and got a free night tour along with it. The tour guide was interesting and very knowledgeable. The night I did my tour was super cold, but it was worth it. Seeing all the monuments lit up was spectacular. This is a great tour!

So happy we bought tickets for the Big B Bus Tours. Not only did it save us a lot of walking, all the guides had a lot of great info & facts that we wouldn't have known otherwise. Spend the extra $10 for an extra day & the night tour!! Worth it!! Shout out to Casey, our favorite guide who... More

My 17 year old daughter and I made a road trip to DC for Spring Break. Met a lady for Big Bus at Union Station. She was amazing. We decided to buy the 48 hour deluxe pass. Purchased our two passes around 4pm on Monday. We were going to do the night tour that night (possible snow storm hitting that... More
