Unfortunately, the DC location is closed to needed repairs this 2017 visitor season... I just wish that the visitor center would've been open to at least allow visitors to get passport stamps, since this location had a lot to offer.

I literally sat along the canal every day. Its shaded and peaceful and you would never know there was a busy city just a block away.

Nice to glide along the Potomac and be able to see almost all monuments, the Watergate and much more in a quite way ! No traffic and no noisy town around. Recommended for older adults as we'll and also much cheaper than the tourist bus!
