This is primarily a music club and they have for the acts what I would consider has beens and cover bands. The music is what you personally feel it is. Since music is completely individual it makes no sense to review the band, or individual...More

Good shows but terrible food with expensive drinks. Been going here several times a year for several years. I recommend you do not eat here. Have heard many people complain about food and cost. But a great place to reasonably see good concerts.

The only reason to eat and/or drink at the Canyon Club is that there is an act you really want to see, in our case, John Hiatt. The food is actually not bad, but priced at hostage levels. Drinks the same.

The club itself is wonderful. I doubt there is a bad seat in the house. There are bars to each side as well as in the back. We opted for reserved seats at a table for six. Our table mates were cool. Our tickets said...More

For years the Canyon has been one of my favorite concert venues. I've never been disappointed with the selection of "headliner" entertainment. Although ....I honestly can't say the same for the dinner quality and "petite" portions. For example; A $40.00 Filet Mignon the size of...More

So I finally made it to the Canyon Club (I live in LA) ...and it was fantastic! OK, so it was Wilson Philips, one of my all time favorites, so I probably would have loved the concert anywhere, but here is what I loved about...More

This was a great venue. My first time in the area. The club itself is surrounded by cute shops so it’s easy to spend an hour or two while waiting for the show. The atmosphere at the club was relaxing and friendly. The food was...More

We recently saw Southside Johnnie & the Asbury Jukes at the Canyon Club. This is a fun venue where you can be close to the stage or else stand up near the bars. The sound was good, the people friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves....More

Great venue with free parking! The club has seating around the stage and the back of the place. Some just pay to stand near the 2 bars. No area is far from the stage. The owner books awesome musical groups and comics. To live in...More

It's indoors, and a dining venue, so expect to pay for a meal and drinks on top of your admission ticket. There are banquet tables, almost all seats are good in this small venue.

I googled and it appears to depend on the show. If it’s “all ages” then minors have to be attended by an adult. It is very tight packed at a full show and does have a full bar. Young kids would not like it I think. I... More
