You are kind of forced to walk through here to get into the parks. It's a nice area but not nearly the size or options of Orlando.

Downtown Disney was amazing! There are restaurants, shops, little foods stands, toy stores, etc. It was so fun hanging out in Downtown Disney. I saw the Lego store which was super cool. I went into a souvenir shop which had "gadgets and gizmos of plenty" and "whozits and whatzits, galore...".It was crowded (duh), but it was very clean and lively!... More

My wife and I went to Downtown Disney on January 13th. Some of it was under construction at the time. We both thought we liked the one in Orlando better. Had a Wetzel pretzel there and was very good.

Downtown Disney is always a fun, family event. Plenty of shopping and unique experiences, along with plenty of restaurant choices. Good to add to your Disneyland experience.

This is a very cool and nice looking venue, but just overpriced everything. All the restaurants and stores are things you can find elsewhere. It is a nice reprieve from the chaos of Disneyland, but can get crowded as well. The best part was Sprinkles. Here you can pick up some really good cupcakes and cookies. Less than $5 it's... More
