This is a very small zoo but it has some cool species exhibits and they seem to take good care of the animals. Not usually very crowded so a nice place to take the family and it's at a nice lake park.

We have been to the zoo many times and each time is a new experience. This zoo is very child orientated so don't forget to bring them along.

A small zoo but a very nice and humane history and good community support. Delightful for children but a pleasant diversion for adults too.

Although a small zoo, Atascadero has really done some improvements to make this zoo shine and become even more enjoyable. My boys have always loved visiting here and we've been annual pass members for years. We would love to see more animals, but it is...More
