Upper Lake Clementine is minutes from Auburn, CA and has a rural, swimming hole vibe. We visited on Labor Day weekend and were surprised to find it was not overly crowded. The park is family friendly, with no alcoholic beverages, glass containers or dogs allowed....More

Greatest canoeing lake, few visitors, clean, small, beautiful.

Great place to camp and with a limited amount of camping spots it makes it feel a bit removed. It is just too bad it's hard to get a reservation.
