We rode our bike along the trail and absolutely loved it! Sat on a bench in the shade along the river and felt like we were back in time.

We started the trail at Sycamore Springs and took it all the way to Avila Beach. Just the right amount of walking. The amount of shade and sun was perfect, a little breeze and the scenery was perfect! highly recommend it!

It's a great place to get a walk in if your not into walking on the beach. And you meet very friendly people and their dogs :)
