Loved the long, long, blue cruiser runs!

Wow we lucked in to a magnificent bluebird day. No lift lines. From the top I'm sure we were seeing tomorrow!! Over 12,000 feet at the top. Had us gasping for air, need to... read more

Atmosphere was fine, though the restaurant is often used as a corridor for skiers going in and out of the hotel to/from Aspen Mountain and that is really annoying for people who are dining in. The service was good but the food was below avaerage and extremely salty even for my teen son and daughter, they were not able to... More

Wow we lucked in to a magnificent bluebird day. No lift lines. From the top I'm sure we were seeing tomorrow!! Over 12,000 feet at the top. Had us gasping for air, need to acclimate more. Loads of lifts and runs. Lots of beautifully groomed runs and a variety of on hill eateries with killer views and a selection of... More

Great skiing terrain. Unfortunately we didn't get some nice powder snow. The weather was too warm causing the snow to get very slushy.

This mountain is great for intermediate/advanced skiers. It has some awesome blues (a little bit on the steeper side compared to Snowmass) and blacks. Also quite a bit of double blacks. It is also right in town, so very convenient. The snow was fantastic while we were here, and the lift lines were not long.

For all that the celebrities infiltrate the town and ski on the front side for the paparazzi, Ajax is still a serious mountain. It was our first time on the slopes here, and we were admittedly fooled by the tidy map – this was a much bigger and fun mountain than we expected. I think we’d like to spend two... More

Fantastic location for the Aspen Mountain skiers. Good food and service. If are lucky enough you might get a very friendly and interesting welcome from some of the foreigners who happen to be working there in the season. Could become too crowded and service suffers. A bit expensive, but again this is the best spot after your last ride. More... More

Good runs but limited, couple of days would be all an advanced skier would need. But we had a great day, sunshine & good snow.

We were lucky to have powder at the beginning of the trip and then snow packed down toward end of trip. Lifts were quick.

Colorado is definitely the best place to ski in the world. And Aspen Mountain and Ajax (together w Aspen Highlands) are the greatest. It worths to enjoy the Sundeck for a causal lunch. View incredible.

Not as posh as I expected. Not a great mountain for finding high speed lift with a couple of nice runs. The best areas are served by fixed grips.
