Rode to the top just to see all of the aspens and their turning leaves. Very beautiful! Strolled around the top for a little bit before heading back down. There are several food and beverage options while on top.

went thru aspen on a road trip for the fall colors decided to ride the gondola for a different perspective . worth the money and the views are great, plenty to do up at the top.

after hiking up the mountain to the top where the Gondola is you can dine outside and listen to music on Sundays then use the Gondola to come down

Unfortunately, the Gondola is open on weekends only, around October 1st. I tried to paste the hours, but couldn’t paste it. Google Aspen Chamber, you’ll find the info there. Good luck

I think if you look back at my original question ans.#5 says it closes the 1st of Oct. but check!
