I believe they are new to this franchise and still learning about paperwork, but the service was great. Be careful if you are paying with credit cards points, that is how I made my reservation and payment and they are still trying to figure out how to collect payment from the credit card company.

Great experience! Equipment was delivered promptly by knowledgeable folks, and pick up couldn't be easier as they just picked up our stuff from the front porch after our last day.

I made the mistake of checking bags on my way to Aspen, and of course the airline lost them for a day. So here I was with great snow and none of my equipment, not even my ski clothes. Laine and the Black Tie team literally saved my ski day! I called them at 7:30am, they were at our condo... More

I stopped traveling with my skis since airlines began charging so much for excess bags. I bring my boots and Black Tie has always set me up! I have used the Steamboat and Aspen locations since 2008. During this trip, Aspen actually let me travel with the skis to Steamboat so I wouldn't have to change out skis twice! (Not... More

I've used Black Tie Ski Rental at several different ski resorts. It is the easiest and most convenient service...ever! It's incredibly easy to make the reservation, they show up on time (or call if for some reason they are running late, before they are actually late, weird, I know), and they pick up the equipment whenever you're finished (you don't... Black Tie come to your hotel, size you up and provide excellent service and equipment.
