Parking is limited and it's very popular because of how cool it is. Definitely worth a visit but expect crowds unless you go early. It's a photographer's paradise if you can snap some photos while no one is in the way. Really a beautiful place...More

A surprising short hikes takes you in to such a beautiful area. A small climb down into the grottos is really neat. Just amazing at the rock formations.

Short hike to interesting water-carved rocks and a rushing creek. You can stand in the rocks right next to the water as it splashes on you.

The Grottoes trail is not connected to a campsite. There is a campsite not far from there called "Difficult Campground ". Call the U S Forest Service for information.

No, I'm sorry I do not. I stayed in Snowmass while I was there and only stopped by the Grottos trail on my drive back towards Denver. Enjoy your trip!
