We did this hike after doing the Crater Lake trail and it was a nice way to end the day. Not a hard hike at all and we got beautiful views of the Bells. A nice relaxing hike for sure!

BReathtaking!! Hard to believe it's not CGI it is so amazing! They are many easy ways to get there - drive in before 8am or after 5 pm ONLY. Otherwise the shuttle bus takes you in. Make sure you have plenty of film or memory...More

Very pretty, tranquil and peaceful. Lots of beautiful photo opportunities. Fairly flat, and easy to walk.

We had a fabulous jeep trip with Johnny today. His upbeat attitude was invigorating! We did the Aspen Mountain jeep trip and it was beautiful. Johnny was fun, informative, and a great phototgrapher. Thanks for a fun day!!!

You can take your own car if you get there before 8 am or after 5pm Or You buy your ticket to get on the bus that will take you to Maroon Lake. After you get off the bus, its like a 5 minute walk...More

Did both the scenic Trail first and Crater Lake Trail later in week. I definitely feel the Scenic Trail was better in the sense of the variety of views you see. If you have only a limited amount of time, I would recommend do this...More

Yes, the Disabled placard is one of the exceptions for users who can drive into the Maroon Bells area. There is a $10 recreation use fee. See stayaspensnowmass for more details
