We chose the park for a long morning walk and found parking nearby that connected to the trails in the park itself. The trails are wide and paved in most cases and shared with bicycles. The trail along the lake with great views and then...More

Parking price is a little steep but worth it for the view! Very cool place to see especially if you're from out of state. Boats and jet skis can go right up to the beach and the reservoir is just so beautiful.

I ride my bicycle here often. A great park with some wildlife (rarely seen, but there). The fishing is very hit and miss but you can land some good sized fish here. The bike paths are wonderful. Very well-maintained and not too strenuous. It's a...More

A local Denver area walking club hosts a 10 kilometer walking event which is mostly in the park. There are restrooms and water available along the way. Many picnic tables, shelters, and a good looking, well-maitained beach at the reservoir, for people to enjoy.

Possibly the cleanest and nicest camping we have ever experienced. Although the showers didn't work while we were there, The showers and bathrooms were very clean.

As said in the previous answer, no direct views of the lake from the RV sites. The lake is within walking distance and the park itself has many other amenities.
